Ears to Hear

Dear Rally Partners,

In this month’s newsletter, I want to talk about having ears to hear what God is saying. If there are ears that hear, that must also mean that there are ears that do not hear! It’s important to declare daily that we have ears that hear the Holy Spirit!

I want to look at the book of Jude, because I believe that it has something to say to us. Jude has a message for you today, but can you hear it?

Jude 1:1 KJV

“Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called:”

This one scripture is a mouth-full, fully loaded with a powerful message, but we must pay attention to what Jude is saying. What you know will keep you alive, but what you don’t know can kill you!

Let’s breakdown everything we can receive from this one scripture:

1. Jude was a servant of Jesus Christ.

A servant can be one who carries a message, meaning Jude was sent with a message from someone.

He received the message from Jesus Christ! If Jude has a message for us from Jesus, I want to hear this

message. Today, I believe that I am a servant of Christ. I believe Rally Ministry is a messenger! We have a message for you and a message for the world!

2. We are sanctified! Sanctified means to be made holy, or to be made right.

Jesus had Jude tell us that we’re no longer unclean, but that we’re holy in His sight and made right! We must not allow our holiness to be stripped from us by this world!

3. Jesus will keep us preserved. To be preserved means to be kept alive, to be made to last, and to be

maintained. We have power in the blood of Jesus that keeps us going strong and long!

4. We are called! Being called means to be picked, or to be selected. It means you’re being called up to join the team!

Partners, we are called to be in God’s family and do great things. We are called to win many souls for his kingdom. We are called, anointed, and appointed!

It is vital to have ears to hear what Jesus is saying to us as we read His Word.

We call you blessed as you sow your seed this month, and we declare that you are being overtaken by the blessing of God in all areas.
